Departure points in more detail
There's no need to rush to board your coach. You'll be sat in the same seats if you're the first or last to board your coach.
Please keep the aisles clear of bags, legs etc at all times.
Passports:
Don't forget to keep your passports handy, you'll need to show them more than once on both the outward and return journeys.
What to expect at customs at Dover
When you arrive in Dover the coach will pull up at a booth and the driver will go through passport control, then everyone in the coach will get off the coach with their passports and go through passport control. Please have your passport out of any folders and open the page at your photograph. After having your passport stamped you will exit the door and the coach will be waiting for you to board. We ask you to do this as quickly as possible.
We then drive round to the booth to check in with our Ferry company. The driver will collect all the passports, please have these open on the page with your photograph on. The driver will take your passports to the booth where they will be scanned.
Once complete the driver with proceed to the boarding lane for the Ferry.
What to expect at customs at Calais
The coach will stop at the Ferry check in booth and the driver will collect all the passports, please have them open on your photograph page. The passports will be scanned at the booth.
The coach will then proceed to customs. The Coach will park and everyone will be asked to leave the coach with their passports and any small bags. You will then proceed through French passport control and then go through to the UK Border force passport control. The coach should be waiting for you near the exit where you will get back on. The coach will then proceed to the boarding lane for the Ferry.

With all the winter bugs around it is very important that you arrange full comprehensive travel insurance. We can not offer a refund if you cancel for whatever reason within 28 days before departure.
WC:
There is a toilet onboard the coach however this is only ever meant for liquids. Any children must be accompanied by an adult. To help keep the coach smelling nice and fresh please use other toilet facilities wherever possible such as motorway services, ferry and docks.
Food & Drinks:
You may bring your own food & drinks aboard the coach however nothing greasy or odious such as curry, fried chicken etc.
Comfort:
Feel free to bring a pillow and blanket, whatever it takes to make your journey as comfortable as possible. You can leave non valuables on the coach while you're in Paris. (At your own risk) You'll be sat in the same seats throughout. There are USB phone charging points on seats, however (We don't advertise these as there maybe one or two not working).
Our Journey
We have to allow time at Dover Port to go through passport control and Check-in with Irish Ferries for our 05.20 crossing to Calais. We advise you take an early breakfast as this will your only opportunity before arriving on the outskirts of Paris (Approx 11.30am French time).
After a short comfort stop we embark on a short tour of Paris with photo stops at the major attractions before embarking on our 75 minute Seine River cruise with English Commentary. After disembarking the boat, its time for that Iconic selfie having a glass of bubbly overlooking the Eiffel Tower.
Now it's time to gather your belongings and say goodbye to your coach until we depart Paris at 01.30.
Our coach meeting point will be the road adjacent to where the boat cruise were.
Batteaux Mouches. Pont Alma (Name of bridge)
Make sure you keep some charge on your phone in case the road is blocked off by the police?
Our sailing time from Calais back the England is 06.30 which should get us into Dover approx 07.00 (UK time)
