Got the coach to watch Crystal Palace Vs Rayo Vallecano in Leipgzig, Germany. We were told to get to Selhurst station at 13:45, however coach did not arrive until 14:40 due to drivers getting lost on their way to Selhurst train station. However this was the only issue I encountered with the journey as I found Vanessa to be very responsive to all calls and emails, and the drivers were very good. Aircon was working fine which was needed due to the heat. Would say that maybe the drivers could have planned stops slightly better as the dinner stop we had when we got to the service station, the food shops were closed. Thanks to Coach Innovations for taking us from Palace to Leipzig for the Conference League final. Vanessa at head office did a great job keeping us up to date ahead of and throughout the trip and our drivers were lovely polite men who got us to Leipzig and back safely and in good time too. I was a little apprehensive about travelling there and back by coach but being in a comfy air conditioned coach (with working USBs) really helped! Bar a slight hiccup with drivers on the return, we had a great experience. Irene was our hostess and she was brilliant! Kept us fed, watered and updated on our journey both ways. What a lovely, friendly lady- thank you Irene. The coach was comfortable and I loved being able to watch films on the way down. Vanessa who was the contact during booking etc, was also great. She noted my request about seating and on the day we were sat where we’d asked due to travel sickness. I would not hesitate to use them again when / if Leeds get to Wembley again.
