Join your coach at one of our many departure points and relax as we travel to Dover for our ferry crossing to France. Once across the Channel, it’s lights out and time to snuggle down as we continue our journey south towards Paris.

On arrival at Disneyland Paris, time for a quick wash and brush up/change of clothes before the magic begins. The parks usually open at 9:30am

After a full day of Disney magic, we depart Disneyland Paris late evening and head back to the UK, arriving early the following morning with memories to last a lifetime.

You will enjoy a full day inside the park, giving you plenty of time to experience the rides, shows, parades and attractions.

Depending on the day you book, the park will usually close at around 10:00 pm, followed by a spectacular fireworks display lasting approximately 20 minutes.

We aim to stay for the fireworks before beginning our overnight journey back to the UK. Please note that park opening times and entertainment schedules are subject to change.

Yes, this Disneyland Paris day trip is perfect for families, couples and groups. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Children under three receive free admission to Disneyland Paris, so we will refund the cost of their Disney park ticket. However, every passenger, including babies, must have their own seat on the coach, so charges still apply for coach and ferry travel.

We will confirm the amount to be refunded after the booking has been made.

Generally children aren’t legally required to use a child seat or booster on a full-size coach, but please feel free to bring your own booster or child seat if you would like.

• Yes you can leave non valuable items on the coach when you are in Disneyland Paris.
• We suggest bringing a pillow and blanket

Yes! Please don’t forget valid passport is required for all British citizens and you must have a minimum of three months left on your passport at the time of departure. ​​  Coach Innovations cannot give advice to any foreign nationals regarding additional visa requirements to enter the EU.

Insurance:
We really don’t want to see you your hard-earned money. Make sure you take out comprehensive travel insurance which covers family bereavement and illness etc.

How do I book?
Go to the relevant webpage and click ‘Book Now’ which will take you to our secure booking software ‘Touriste’ After completing your booking you’ll receive immediate booking confirmation. (Be sure to check your junk folder)

A few days before departure you’ll receive your coach number and some useful information that will help your tour go more smoothly. Your coach seat numbers will be given as you board by your coach crew.

Are deposits refundable?
No. There are no circumstances deposits can be refunded.

If I’m allowed to pay a deposit when must the balance be paid?
6 weeks before your departure for Disneyland Paris Trips.

Will my group be sat together?
If you book together yes. Promise! We adhere to a pre-allocated seating plan. You’ll be sat at in the same seats if you’re the first or last to board.

I’ve got friends already booked. Can we sit together?
As long as you’re joining at the same departure point then yes. Just let us know their booking number or name in the special request box.

Can I request particular seats?
Yes, we’ll do our best, however we can never make any guarantees.

I’m disabled; can I bring my wheelchair or electric buggy?
We can accommodate wheelchairs and buggies in the luggage lockers. Let us know in the special request box at time of booking. (Electric buggies must be able to have folding handlebars etc)

Do you provide appropriate seating for infants?
No, you must bring your own booster/child seat.

Do infants travel for free?
Coach Innovations low prices are based full occupancy. Unlike airlines even babies must have an allocated seat. Sorry, we can’t give a discount.

Can I book a double seat to myself?
No, however you could ask if a tour has sold out a few days before departure. The second seat is normally 70% additional cost

Can I travel just one way?
Yes, however the price still remains the same.

Are coaches single or double deckers?
We operate both single and double deck coaches

What facilities do the coaches have?
Reclining seats, Toilet, Air-conditioning. Some coaches may have USB Charging ports. We will confirm details before you depart.

Coach toilets have a limited capacity. We ask all customers o use all other toilet facilities such as motorway services, Ferry ports, ships etc wherever possible.

How often do we stop?
We usually have a break every four hours, sometimes a little longer.

Can we bring our own food & drinks aboard?
Yes, however we don’t allow greasy or Spicey food such as curry etc. No hot food purchased from services etc.

Can I smoke or vape?
Sorry, no.

Can I bring alcohol aboard the coach?
Sorry, no alcohol is allowed aboard our coaches.

Does my child need a car seat?

Generally children aren’t legally required to use a child seat or booster on a full-size coach, but please feel free to bring your own booster or child seat if you would like.

Which company will we be sailing with?
Irish Ferries.

Where will we be sailing from?
We sail from Dover to Calais which takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.

Do we stay on the coach while onboard the ferry?
No. Your coach will drive you onto the ferry where you have to get off and go onto the upper decks where you can enjoy all the facilities such as bars, restaurants, currency exchange and duty-free shopping. An onboard
announcement will be made when it’s time to return to your coach.

Do we have a cabin?
No as it’s only 90-minutes crossings.

Is it worth going to the onboard Duty-Free shop?
Absolutely. There’s great savings to be made, such as 4-litres of spirits for around £40.00 and much more!

What is the currency aboard ship?
The main currency is Pound Sterling; however, Euros are accepted.

What time do we arrive at Disneyland?
Approximately 08:45

What time does Disneyland open?
Disneyland opens at 09:00-09:30 Depending on Date

What time does Disneyland close?
Times vary from 21:00 to 23:00 according to season

What is a one park ticket?
There are two parks at Disneyland. Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World.  Your one park ticket gets you admission to one park or the other.

Why do we only get a one park ticket included in the price?
The price of your park ticket is the most expensive part of your whole travel package. You can spend a whole day in either park, why should you pay for two parks if you’re not going to visit both? You can upgrade to a two-park ticket when booking or you can upgrade at Guest Services on arrival at Disneyland. There’s far to many attractions to mention on here, maybe ask ChatGPT etc?

What is the Disney Village?
The Disney Village is free to enter. It’s full of shops selling official merchandise and plenty of places to eat including:
Rain Forest Café, The steakhouse, The Royal Pub, Billy Bobs Country & Western Saloon, Five Guys, McDonalds, Starbucks and many more.

Do infants need a park ticket?
Infants under the age of 3 years do not need a park ticket.
